"First and foremost, congratulations on the big life change! You look so happy ... probably because you ARE so happy.

Do you remember the statement, from which this song title is derived? Think about the last ... five, maybe six? .... years of your life. The transition you described, those were in your words. And no, you never did get a 'real-world' drink with the lot of us! And that's fine!

So, the music. I adore this piece, but it is deceptive in its simplicity. That melody is ridiculously catchy, and simple. But how to build on it? I actually struggled so much that I crowd-sourced the harmonic structure ... and a friend of mine who is about your age, Christine Tholen, helped me build an equally simple chord structure to match the melody. I was over-thinking it.

Take good care of yourself. The real world is the only world I've known. Our insular bubbles have all been punctured and filled with the ocean of life. And you know how the metaphor goes, right? The sea contains many drops, but in some ways, the drop contains the sea. Our small slice/fragment/drop of reality is not so small as to be dismissed. You are a bright, thoughtful person, and I am glad to have met you."
