Do you remember making the statement used as the song title? It was a particularly poignant, gut-busting moment. It wasn't enough that you were a vegan. The more you learned, the more the lines were drawn, the more restrictions you'd have to place to ensure that you weren't part of the problem. Fair trade, inclusive, feminist, etc ... you know the drill.

The music in this piece is meant to represent that frantic, frenetic energy that you would exude during your less composed moments, as well as the peace that comes from making good life choices.
